Shipping Policy

All HighDezign products are made to order. Please allow time for both production and shipping when estimating your delivery date.

Production Time Most orders are produced and dispatched within 3–7 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods (holidays, new releases), production may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent international carriers depending on your location and the fulfillment partner handling your order.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

International Shipping & Customs HighDezign ships internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at Highdezign@yahoo.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Highdezign@yahoo.com — we can only make changes before the order enters production.
